I was given a warm welcome, as soon as I walked through the door. I received a very friendly, personable, & professional, service. I explained what I required, (not being 100% sure what could be delivered), so was open to advice. I was given some great options, & technical advice, for my printing & copying, which I hadn't even considered! So, I've taken their advice, & recommendations, placed my enhanced order, & cannot wait to see the final results. Also, what a quick turnaround, (order will be ready in just a few days), and at such a reasonable price as well! If a client can supply as much information in relation to what they are looking for and also trying to achieve it will help us advise the right product, stock and service for them.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We cater for most print projects and our moto is If you can print on it we can do it!
What do you love most about your job?
Donut Friday in the Visual Print and Design office is usually a good day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being made redundant in the recession in 2008 I decided to start my business after being in the print industry for 20 years. After 13 years of very hard work we now have 2 offices in Lincoln and Glasgow and 11 staff. We are dedicated to providing the best product that will match our customers brand and help them promote their business going forward.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a team of extremely passionate and high qualified individuals that love what we do. We work together to develop ourselves, to create opportunities and to turn problems into solutions. We’re not just work colleagues, we are friends, and by working in sync, we are able to create meaningful relationships with our customers.
Ownership is what we all have in common.
Mistakes happen, we’re all human but what we don’t do is rely on others to solve or fix the problem. We will always strive to find a solution and take the initiative to make sure all parties are satisfied.
