We got married on 17/12/16 and hired the ' LOVE' light up sign. It looked absolutely amazing - really finished off the room! Contact and booking was quick , simple and easy . It was fantastic. We had the LOVE letters that really shone brightly and uplifted the place as we didn't have much decoration. We had the photoboot which was a hit with the kids as well as the adults and I would definitely recommend as I've had such great feedback from guests, little and large. They were so helpful with the design of the print outs, I sent over a copy of our order of service and invitations and they matched the backhround and writing to perfection. The guestbook is a good idea as most people did stick a copy of their photo in and loved the fact I shared the link to see all the photos online. The DJ was good but felt sorry for him as we had such a gorgeous day and night lots of people were outside so didn't get as much dancing as he should've. Overall fantastic. I recently used the guys at Virtual Events for a birthday party, I hired out a DJ, LED dance floor, up lighting and a Magic Mirror. Everything about the service was perfect and looked very professional. Big shoutout to the DJ and attendant working that night as they were really good at getting my guests on the dance floor or to use the Magic Mirror.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for another perfect job for my Birthday celebrations.

The Photo Booth was fantastic!
We had such fun with all the props and the attendant was great with all the guests of all ages.
The dance floor was full all night and the music was perfectly suited to the crowd and the feel of the evening.

I am so glad I went with the up lighting as it made such a difference, and made the venue look even better than I imagined, and the lighting definitely was a key element I didn't think I needed, but we were very glad we booked!

All the equipment was so professional and looked superb.

We all really enjoyed the night.
And I look forward to booking you guys for future parties to come!

We chose the white LED dance floor for our wedding and it made the most romantic yet playful setting for our first dance and the dances that followed. We chose Virtual Events because of the quality of the floor and the fact that unlike other companies, the dance floor looked like it was brand new with a high gloss finish. We had a Virtual photo booth for our wedding and it was a great way to keep our guests entertained! We received a great service from Virtual Events and would highly recommend Liam and his team. We were able to customise the booth (the Vegas theme was great!) and the background to our photos, which was a nice touch. We got married in an area that Virtual don't usually cover, but they went out of their way to ensure they could accommodate our request, which was much appreciated. We got married on 15th June 2017 and used Virtual Events for our DJ, photo booth and LOVE letters. It all ran very smoothly from start to finish, and even when there was a little hiccup (a mistake on our part! ) our DJ Alistair quickly rectified it and we were ready to carry on with the night.
Both Alistair and Hal were very professional and approachable all night and really helped to make our day perfect.
Everyone loved the photo booth and the LOVE letters looked amazing on the dance floor. We used our invites to have a personalised background for the photo booth photos and they did it all for us with ease.
Very easy and quick communication through email in the lead up to the wedding, and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had the best day! More...

We got married last Saturday (24/9/16) and were absolutely blown away by how stunning our staging back drop and dance floor looked not to mention the beautiful up lighters across our venue. From start to finish we have received a fantastic service from virtual events, the team are super efficient very reactive and met the exact brief we gave them for how we wanted our flooring staging and lighting to look on our wedding day. They really did provide us with an amazing service personalising our wedding exactly to our needs.
Every guest commented on how beautiful the staging flooring and lighting looked-we can't thank you enough!
