Ryan Vipers of VPS came around to my property to repair and clean the guttering of both the house and conservatory. In addition Ryan repaired the tiled fascia. The job was conducted very professionally with great attention to detail ensuring that the guttering did not overflow anymore. I have had a leaking roof for a while now. I did what I thought might fix it. Ryan came round on time, went up the ladder, pushed a tile back and found the batten was soaking wet. He got back with a price and started the work on Thursday. He replaced the whole length of battening, but also fixed, something like a splash back, so if it rains hard sideways, it will divert it to the gutter. Ryan went above and beyond by telling me there was a cracked tile at the edge. He came back the following day and replaced the cracked tile. He also painted something like fibreglass on the flashings of the velux windows as I had a leak above that point. I also had another tradesman from a different company, who told me the tiles on the roof were wrong for the pitch and I would need a new roof! Thank you Ryan for your honesty and great work. It may fix the leak it may not. But where Ryan started was a really good start. Will definitely use Ryan in particular, but also bark. More...
