I completed a 4 month training programme with Sara and am delighted with the results. We commenced with a set of clearly defined goals, which have all been met or exceeded. She is thoroughly professional, 100% client focussed and each session is pre-planned and fully documented for ongoing monitoring. Really enjoying my sessions with Sara. I have been going for 3 weeks and I am already seeing results. I am getting more confident using the machines and weights in the gym. I would definitely recommend her!

Ive had two sessions so far with Sara both I've enjoyed thoroughly and she has 100% shown me how to use the equipment thoroughly and she has been patient and has answered all my questions can't wait for all my other sessions 100% recommend �� xx

Sara is a great PT who has motivated and supported me to better myself each workout. She has been helping me work towards the Navy fitness requirements which I would never have dreamed of achieving before I started training with her. Have just finished a 12 week at home fitness and nutritional programme with Sara. Can honestly say I’ve loved every bit of it. The transformation in body and mind is amazing. Sara is fab! My friend and I started one buddy session a week in August. Sara pushes us without even realising! She is so warm and welcoming and tailors sessions around areas we want to focus on.
Pleased with the results and definitely notice the benefits of doing weights and toning rather than pure cardio.
Sara puts you at ease, encourages and guides you to push your limits with a giggle at the same time!
