I had a problem with my boiler. Requested for tradesman on My Builder and Joseph Vincent was first choice. I was drawn to the fact that he was an ex military man. All this was all done at very short notice and the diagnosis was as far as the boiler was concerned terminal. This was explained to me in layman's terms and the decision was to go for a new boiler. I must stress that I was not at any time put under any pressure to go down this route. The boiler was fitted the next day and was completed in a very professional manner.
