Price quoted and actual charged to get to Heathrow T2 from Epsom was £15 more. I was given their internal employee giving a wrong quote as an excuse. But then that is not my problem. Sticking to a word is not the ethos I got from contact point at Viceroy. It has upset the passengers and the mannerism how the driver conversed is appalling.
