This is a fabulous practise with excellent vets and staff, everyone seems to care about each pet getting the best treatment. They are honest and fair and always explain the options. I've had emergencies and general health checks with 4 of my pets this year and each time I have been really pleased with the care and time taken with our children. Haverhill branch is one of the best I've visited they are excellent .I can't recommend Gloria the vet more highly. They can do general operations and X-rays on site. If pets need 24 hour a day care they can arrange that too, brilliant service.Ruth H More...

Extremely grateful to Jonathan and team, for the treatment of my golden retriever Casper. So many things he was suffering with that other vets in town didn’t pick up on and they’ve now got to the bottom of it. Now recovering really well from his elbow surgery. Gloria, Johnathon and the team at Vets4Pets Haverhill are without a shadow of a doubt THE best team to take care of your pets. We have been with them as vets for many years not only for health check and injections but they also saved our old dogs life after a freak accident a few years back. When you go to see them they take the time to get to know your pet so you never feel like just another customer, they are always compassionate and caring - I can not recommend them highly enough. All the team at Vets4Pets are so amazing. I had to rush my guinea pig in today, Lorraine the receptionist squeezed me in an appointment. We saw Jonathan, the most compassionate, calm and helpful vet I have seen in all my 30 plus years of owning guinea pigs. My boy had a head tilt, on examination I was stunned when Jonathan discovered a hay seed deep inside his ear. He sedated Bumble and removed the seed, and sent us home with appropriate medications. All this happened within 30 minutes of my calling the practice.I cannot thank you enough Jonathan, seriously, you have looked after Bumble recently as he has had other issues, and the way you handle him (and me) is spot on, your compassion, willingness to help and onward advice is priceless to me.Happy to report that as of now, Bumble is doing great, we will see you in a few days for recheck. Jonathan and Gloria are the best, and the of the team of course.We have been to them a lot already. Our boxer has been diagnosed with kidney disease, our two cats have been castrated and microchipped. They did all they could to save our rabbit and organised a post-mortem for another. Also our cat had very bad sickness and upset tummy. All this in such a short time. I don't know where we would be without them and I can say hand on heart I have finally found vets that truly care about the animals and the families. I rushed my cat, Merlin, to Vets4Pets last Wednesday evening without an appointment as he came home with a large rip under his front leg. Even though he wasn't registered with them, they couldn't have been more helpful. Merlin was assessed by the nurses, seen by Gloria & given pain relief & penicillin before being sent home for the night. He was back first thing Thursday morning to be stitched up.
