We offer bespoke Wills for all circumstances.
After a thorough assessment of your estate we identify your current position and any tax liability and make provision for any key issues such guardianship, appointment of trustees, power to continue business etc.
Dependent on your circumstances and tax position, we offer a variety of trusts which can be incorporated into your Will to ensure optimum protection of your assets in the most tax efficient manner.
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
We offer a comprehensive LPA service, which includes registering the LPA with the Office of the Public Guardian on your behalf.
We are specialists in the creation of LPA's and provide a full advice service, providing guidance on the technical implications of your instructions.
Due to the lengthy delays at the Office of the Public Guardian, we offer our clients the option to draft (free of charge!) an Advance Decision and General Power of Attorney where necessary, to provide protection and assistance during the registration process.
