What do you love most about your job?
I love partnering with clients on their journey of change. I find it rewarding seeing clients really understand themselves and make the life/business changes they want to. I enjoy questioning client thinking and engaging in creative problem solving.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been self-employed and enjoy the challenges and rewards of self-employment. I am an independent, self-motivated individual and a creative thinker who is passionate about positive changes. Know why is more important to me than know how and having my own business allows me to be authentic in my values and purpose.

My clients are the experts in themselves, I use coaching to help them tap into this self-expertise and teach them how to use it to achieve their goals.
I provide a compassionate and empathic coaching space where psychological safety is paramount so my clients can explore whatever they want to. I use psychological coaching methods to work as deeply as clients need on goals and issues important to them.
