Venus in flowers

Amazing service. We recently had a bereavement and wasn't sure where to go. We were recommended Venus in Flowers and were not disappointed. Donna visited us at home and talked over with us andadvised what would work. The cross and wreaths were beautiful. We were so pleased with them all. My young Grandson wanted the Batman symbol to go to his Great Uncle and it was amazing as was the beautiful butterfly and football from my other 2 Grandchildren. It was a very personal service and the flowers helped cheer us up on what was a very sad day. Thank you to Donna and Debbie for a brilliant service. I called last minute on the off-chance Venus in Flowers was open - it wasn't. However, the owner (I presume) answered the phone and asked what I wanted. I explained my need and she asked if I needed the flowers delivering as well, which they did.She took all the details swiftly and promised to get the flowers delivered quickly.Within a couple of hours, the most gorgeous arrangement had arrived with a nicely hand written card. This was on a day when the shop was actually closed...Amazing personal service, going above and beyond. Really impressive More...
