Vasile was excellent. Was knowledgeable, polite, on time, trust worthy, communicative and simply did not stop working for the whole time he was here (the whole day! )
Took instructions well, double checked anything that had not been mentioned. Planted hundreds of bulbs. Cleaned up and took the green waste out to the front garden for collection.
