I am an experienced counsellor who offers counselling to adults, young people and children, working with many different issues.

There are many reasons why people seek help. It might be that you need support for a specific reason, at a particularly stressful time in your life or you might be interested in a more on-going commitment to explore a bit deeper.

Counselling is formed through a good working relationship, and once trust is gained, it offers a safe, empathetic, non-judgemental environment to allow for a safe and secure space to work through sometimes distressing feelings, in order to work together to find a healthy outcome and facilitate healing.

I am aware how hard it is to choose or even start the process of counselling and by reading this you have taken the first step.
