Extremely obliging and reliable - transported an American fridge freezer up to our top floor flat with no fuss or bother after the supplier's delivery team had declined. This was done promptly, and at a fair price. Martin was also very understanding when I was trying to arrange a subsequent replacement delivery - lots of to and fro, and he did not lose patience. Used their services last November. Very good value and very professional. They arrived a little early but were more than happy to move stuff while we still packed. We had substantially more boxes in the end than we had estimated, along with other things that we'd forgotten that we owned. They were very accommodating to this late change and the extra cost was very reasonable.
