I shot my first wedding over two decades ago – before digital cameras were an option – and have developed the art of working quickly and unobtrusively to provide couples with intimate and expressive images that document their day.
As your photographer I will work closely with you to create a shot list that will record your wedding story, engaging in your day to capture those intimate moments of you and your loved ones.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There is not one secret to making compelling images.
A photographer must:
* Know how to use their camera manually. Not just pointing and shooting and relying on the back screen - use it to it's maximum potential.
*Use light creatively - light is the make or break factor in great photography.
*Have empathy - ensure your sitter is comfortable and relaxed. This can have a positive impact in how someone perceives themselves when they view their own image.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Aside from the obvious questions about the details for the brief, I would ask if the clients are shy or confident in front of a camera? Would they be interested in a pre-wedding mini shoot to help them get used to being photographed?
Do they want an unobtrusive photographer to blend in and capture the big day subtly or a big personality that will drive the image capture?
Are they looking to have an album of images or are they confident in their own design skills to produce their own?
What do you love most about your job?
Earning my living creatively capturing images of my clients having fun!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom: To work for myself and have better balance between work and home life.

I have excellent camera skills at this challenging time of everyone being able to take a good photograph with their phones.
I have 20 years in the wedding, event and commercial photography field as well as 5 years teaching photography experience. I can work quickly and unobtrusively to produce high quality and compelling images to brief.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Images are provided remotely through a cloud delivery service, I could take portraits of you in a Zoom meeting, but I would much rather be there in the same room as you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Stringent hygiene practices. Regular use of hand sanitiser and I will wear a mask if required to do so.
