Like any new relationships you will find teething problems. I am providing my frank and honest review of this service from start to now .
At the beginning I could have pulled my hair out ,nothing went right from the cleaning, time management , dates and times . However, I felt having a honest and frank conversation with the two directors at my home on what I was not happy with and what I was looking for assisted us greatly, they asked if I would be willing for them to have the opportunity to put things right.
I am a great believer in supporting new businesses and local businesses . I felt the offer of putting things right was sincere and genuine.
Well, I am so glad we gave each other the time to sort out our teething problems as they are a total asset to me and my husband and a credit to their company.
Very hard working , nothing is too much for them and they aim to please. No looking back from, Previous teething problems, only forward, I look forward to our continued working relationship. And thank you so much for your energy and enthusiasm.

this is our most recent Company we previously owned and run another business in England for 9 years we sold this in August 2019 to pursue our dream of buying a home in South Wales and setting up a new Business.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We supply all equipment and Cleaning products, We use a good supplier with quality products that are completely traceable via the product code number. We store and keep all cleaning products safety data sheets.
What do you love most about your job?

What inspired you to start your own business?
We have owned and run our own business for the past 9 years, we bought our house in Aberdare after selling our previous company and fulfilling our dream of moving to South Wales.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are reliable, dedicated and professional, All our staff are well trained to include:

All our staff are DBS checked to include Adults and Children so you can be confident our staff are all legal, safe and ready to go.
We shadow new staff and introduce you to your regular cleaners. We will meet you before a service is commenced where we go through our paperwork and agree tasks that need to be performed. Our staff use an ECM system (Electronic Call Monitoring) this allows us to check the cleaners are doing all the tasks required that we agreed and stay the correct duration so the payroll and invoices match and are correct, this is a live monitoring feed so we can view what time the cleaner logs onto the call and leave.
