Fantastic work by Paul. Attention to detail is fantastic. We bought our car secondhand as a "weekend car" and it came with an interesting smell similar to an old vacuum cleaner that had never been cleaned. Now it smells clean and fresh and like new. The shine on the paintwork is fantastic and all the nooks and crannies are free of dust and dirt. Paul was a hard worker and passionate about what he does. Customer service was great. Sorry this is so late! Had my VW valeted after my hubby (a bricklayer) had been using it for work between vans & I have two MESSY kids! Couldn’t rave more about how great they were. Customer service brilliant! Good communication with the office staff too. I’d been let down by someone booked for the Monday and although they couldn’t fit me in that day they rang round their associates and booked me in for two days later. Unfortunately they were running late but called me in plenty of time and asked if they could come later on. Course, I was in anyway but got the impression they would’ve worked hard to find a convenient time/date if I hadn’t have been. Got here, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and flexible when I asked to adjust what I’d asked for originally. Car looks brand new both inside and out. Value for money - I’d say reasonable and in line with other quotes I’d had in the past. With two people working on the job it still took a while so they were obviously being very thorough.
