Q&As

It's rewarding to be there for people when they don't feel there is someone else they can turn to and see their perspective shift as they work through their problems. It is such a privilege to accompany people as they find meaning in their lives and move forward.

I am passionate about helping people make sense of their lives and find the inner resources to work through difficult times.

I am caring, kind, compassionate, authentic, genuine and with an unusual background having lived in Bermuda for ten years, graduated from Oxford University and worked in finance before choosing to retrain. I am also currently undertaking a doctorate in psychology focusing on the benefits of "walk and talk" therapy.

I work mainly via video conference through almost every platform, including Telehealth which doesn't require any software download for example.

I do not do face-to-face indoor work. I am working outdoors in the "walk and talk" format instead.

Services

I am offering sessions via video-conference, telephone and also “walk and talk” from my home in Thorntonhall if that appeals to you as a way of getting out of the house and doing some gentle exercise, in a pretty village environment at the same time as letting me accompany you as you work through whatever has brought you here.
