Provided a quotation in a timely manner, squeezed in the job at short notice on the weekend, turned up on time on the day and were professional and personable. They went out of their way to provide some requested extras and were able to accommodate an extended time period on the hire without any hassle. The Scaffolding was taken down on the pre-arranged day in a safe and efficient manner and they ensured that the wall was touched up with paint as they brought it down. I was absolutely dreading the task of finding a company that would put up the scaffolding I needed to fix my fascia and windows because our experience with scaffolders (our own and neighbouring) had in past ranged from not great to utterly terrible. Beginning my search by asking for references from others, I received some ludicrous quotes - possibly because they didn’t really want the job or maybe because they heard a woman’s voice with a foreign accent and assumed I was clueless. Exasperated, I discovered Bark and reasoned that it couldn’t be any worse than it had been.

Luke was one of the first to contact me and I initially leaned towards going with his company, V2R, because he offered me a great price and his reviews were excellent. After a phone call and a few email exchanges, I was all the more impressed. Luke was unfailingly quick to respond, very knowledgable about his trade, able to explain things and make suggestions in a way that was clear to me, and incredibly fair about pricing when it came to modest alterations. He turned up on time with a gentleman named Stephan, who was just as pleasant and gracious as Luke. The innovations that Luke recommended were brilliant - making access so much easier and saving me money. I think Luke’s past experiences as a construction worker, in retail, etc, have served him well because he seems to be able to easily understand what a customer would want, a builder might need, and so on.

The scaffolding is now complete and I have been up on it today, delighted with the work. No more dread - I have found the only scaffolding company that I want to use and I will be wholeheartedly recommending V2R to our neighbours and friends. More...

I have a construction company for several years. I rented scaffolding from many companies. I had been working with another company for a year but they couldn't provide me with their services on the day I needed it. By chance, I gave an advertisement and Found the company VISION2REALITY. It gives 5 stars in the application and the sixth star is given to V2R for its values ​​that I have not met for a long time.
