I am a qualified sports and holistic therapist, I specialise in the rehabilitation of both muscular injuries and sports related injuries. I pride myself on giving the best treatment and advice to ensure a smooth road to recovery and also for the prevention of further injuries. Treatments can include massage, ultrasound and reflexology.

I have been seeing Vikki on and off for a few years. Her skills are absolutely amazing. I initially had help after having a C-section/epidural/SPD during pregnancy. after a few sessions, the pain and discomfort was gone. Then more recently I've had help to loosen up my shoulders as unable to carry out certain exercise at the gym. I'm never quite sure who should be paying who, due to the pain inflicted!! But it certainly works, had a sports massage on my legs yesterday as I've been about a minute off my usual pace and back out running on my usual minute mile pace today - Excellent service. Thank you :-)

I had a torn knee ligament and had a huge amount of swelling around the joint that had been chronic for some time. I asked Vikki for help and she used Ultrasound on the affected area. My first consultation with Vicki was brillant she was lovely very easy to talk to and I was able to explain my situation.
Due to dislocation of elbow and frozen shoulder was unable to lift my arm up due to pain in my shoulder after first session this has greatly improved.
