I frequently use this gym and I can say it’s one of my favourite PureGym’s to visit. Mainly because of the great location with it being right on the door step of my work. Great variety of equipment available as per most of their gyms. Staff always seem to be friendly and happy to help. However, if you’re thinking of joining this gym it’s worth knowing that the peak times are insane in this place with it being on the smaller side, so if you don’t like busy environments then try and avoid the before/after work congestion.TLDR; great gym & staff. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The diet is ultimately the hardest part of getting in to shape.
Going to the gym and training is the part most people enjoy, it's when the weekend comes the hard part comes!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and showing them how far they can actually push themselves!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for many years in an office, I took the jump and became a personal trainer.
In addition to my personal training business I also own a sports massage practise.
Why should our clients choose you?
I used to be fat. and had my very own personal trainer about 10 years ago. Therefore I understand personal training from both the trainers perspective and the clients perspective. Having had a personal trainer myself I know exactly how much motivation and determination is needed to succeed and the best way to instil passion and drive in every client.
