I am an integrative therapist which means I am not just limited to one approach when working, instead I choose several approaches depending on you and your situation. I am someone who can help create an environment where you can choose to talk about any topic you like as I am non-judgemental, caring and understanding.

Although I have been told that I tend to make children in the counselling room feel comfortable and understood due to being a younger therapist, my previous experience with clients range from the ages of 11-55 in a variety of environments including charities and a prison, working with a range of different issues. Please do have look at my website for reviews of people's counselling experience with me.

Starting therapy can be quite daunting, believe me I know! I was lucky enough to have counselling as a child through a charity due to a bereavement and although I was reluctant at first, it helped more than I could have imagined. As an adult, I now have private sessions as I believe it is a great way to help me reflect on my life.

If I did not believe in counselling, I would not want to be a therapist. I feel so strongly that it can help people in a number of ways, making me incredibly passionate about my work. I am constantly keeping up to date with new techniques and research about counselling and mental health, to be the best that I can for you.

In counselling people choose to talk about a number of things, both good and bad! Some people use it to talk about their week, others use it to discuss things in their past or worries of their future. It is completely up to you what you bring to the session, even if you are not sure yet. Whatever the topic, I am happy to be there for you and help in any way I can. All emotions are welcome in my sessions, there will never be any judgement.

It can be a big commitment to choose the right counsellor for you. With that in mind, I offer a free 20 minute telephone assessment to see what you would like from counselling and how I may be able to help.

Please feel free to call, email or have a look at my website. I hope to hear from you soon!

I run online mental health workshops for young people! These workshops give young people a chance to learn more about different mental health difficulties, learn more around topics schools may not address, learn how to look after themselves in healthy ways, and give a chance to talk to other young people across the country.

There are over 50+ workshops scheduled weekly across the year! Here are some topics listed below:

- managing anxiety
- understanding depression
- the ups and downs of social media
- healthy relationships
- sexual violence awareness
- self care

These workshops are a great way for young people to understand and discuss different topics around mental health with the guidance of a registered psychotherapist. These are a great way for young people to understand and manage their own challenges they are facing or may face in the future. It is also a great way to show future employers or universities that you are interested in looking after your mental health!
