After trying to work with several other merchants, Universal Wedding Cards proved to be the easiest and most reliable business relationship I had. Prompt responses, willing to work with me on my complex wedding details, and offered an easy editing process. The quality of the materials and printing is superb, nothing like this exists in my city. Recently for my son's wedding I had engaged Universal Wedding Cards and they did everything right from helping in choosing the card design, customizing it as per our requirements, promptly providing the proofs for verification, Preparing address labels, sending to the guests by courier individually as well as bulk, Program Card, Money Envelopes and the Carry Bags. Firstly, the Universal Wedding Cards website is super easy to use and we were able to order samples to pick the designed we liked so quickly. When we picked our design Rajesh was so helpful in providing templates to see what each invite would look like and I was so impressed with the quality of the templates themselves! It made seeing what the final design would look like so easy and Rajesh was able to customise certain things really well (e.g. adding laser Ganesh-ji on the front). We were looking at wedding invitations in Australia and for the custom look we were after it was going to cost a fortune. Rajesh's service is extremely competitively priced even after the quite significant postage costs (due to the weight of the boxes) . We had a personal logo lasered / cut out of the front envelope it really looks amazing. Through the process Rajesh was very helpful as we had lots of amendments and drafts and Rajesh was very patient and accommodating. Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Rajesh from Universal Exports. Despite of international time zones, never had any issues in getting requests fulfilled. The communications from Universal Exports to us were top-notch. Right from getting the sample invitation cards to the actual delivery of of our Order, we knew from Universal Exports the actual status. Rajesh even went out of his way and recommended the Place Cards to exactly match the invitation cards. The result of both the Invitation and Place Cards is brilliant - we are proud of the selection. They use leading carriers like DHL which completed the final delivery one in advance than the scheduled day. Rajesh and his entire team especially Proofs is very helpful and cooperative. To be fair, we made so many changes to the original design that we ended up with a new (and significantly more expensive) design altogether - which we hope others will like too and bring them more business. Response time is an issue - the managers and workshop seem disconnected and sometimes our e-mail ended in their spam folder.
Bottomline - if you want fast and smooth service, go with what they have on-line and in stock.

Rajesh was very professional and obliging. We had multiple requests for changes and he did them all without complaining. Turn around time for revised proofs was just 1 day. We had him print 'to' addresses on the front of the envelopes. This was a little pricy, but his team did a very good job of it - no errors at all. When the package arrived the cards were in perfect condition.
We couldn't be happier and recommend him very highly. I would gladly use him again.

It took more than a month to do correction and every time when I ask for correction in wording they did it without any hesitation and very friendly services. later I realised my delivery charges were very high since my invitation was heavy but even in that situation they helped to reduce the weight of the card and still I got the same invitation. Absolutely the best value. Same quality invites at a fraction of the price. Rajesh was very responsiveness even though I was a little annoying I'm sure. They arrived right on time as he said. Only downsides were email communicating with India who is on a different time zone, but that was expected. Also we wanted one of the lines to be arched and he said they couldn't do it. Very minor things. The overall experience was super easy and we got what we wanted at a fraction of the price for anywhere else. Would definitely use again.

I ordered 130 cards for my wedding in august, i have to say, from start to finish, rajesh was really helpful, he sent samples to me first and then once i ordered my wedding cards and rsvp cards, he was quick to get prrofs to me so we could finalise how i wanted things to look.
