Oh dear.... unless you have no other choice then take my advice - stay well clear ! Nobody on Reception, the company I was visiting didn't appear on the list of tenants on the Reception Desk, so I couldn't contact anyone to come to deal with me. Eventually I contacted the Bolton Office (of the Company I was visiting....as that was the only contact number I had) and after 40 minutes a really nice Lady came to the Reception Desk and I finally got sorted, but once bitten twice shy....I won't be going back there again.......let's hope I never need to. As a business ourself we realise lifetime values of our customers, and repeat customers through providing excellent service. I’ve been a strong advocate of the group first model for some time. However after leaving our small office in business first they have found a small rub mark on the wall. And want to charge me for a full paint job. Lady at the desk, unhelpful and not friendly in the slightest, next manger up not wanting to know and standing behind T&Cs. I’ve not left a bad review before, this is my first which should highlight my frustration and disappointment. I’ll be pulling all my money and customers that we have in group first out as it’s under the same umbrella. Shocking in my opinion, just printing money and have no care for there customers once they are leaving. I cannot speak too highly of Unique Boilers. Our central heating boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year. Within 36 hours, Lee called at our house, we agreed a price for a new boiler that was fitted the very next day. Lee and Max worked hard all day to fit the boiler to a very high standard. Keeping our customers safe is our number one priority. Boiler installations carried out by qualified and accredited engineers achieve this alongside installing only the highest quality products.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The decision to start my own business was taken so that I was in charge of my own destiny, answerable only to my customers and to provide a better life for my family. I have achieved this through my work ethic and dedication to putting my customers needs at the forefront of my business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are extremely good at what we do and I take an enormous amount of pride from that fact. We are gas safe accredited and have a fantastic reputation amongst our existing customers. We listen to our customers and do everything possible to give the customer what they have asked for. Where this is not possible we work with the customer to find an acceptable alternative solution and by doing this instead of "telling the customer what they can have" we achieve a high rate of recommendations.

We are highly experienced in gas boiler and central heating installations be that conventional, system or combi.
Hot water storage system installations
We can install unvented hot water storage systems for larger properties that have a high hot water consumption rate.
Central heating installations
Not only can we install your radiators and heating system but we can carry out btu calculations on your property so you are getting the correctly sized radiators for the rooms in your home avoiding unnecessary costs.
