Firstly, the facilities are beautiful - they are modern, fresh and as soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Statutory Accounts and Corporation tax returns production
--Accounts (Profit and loss account, balance sheet, with accompanying notes and disclosures, in the prescribed formats) production and filing with Companies House;
--Corporation tax returns production and filing with HMRC.
Tax returns for company directors
We produce, as part of the limited company package, the self assessment return for the company director and one other person.
Payroll processing
--Processing and filing of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll returns;
--Informing and sending to clients payslips, according to the above intervals;
--processing and onboarding new employees, as well as processing leavers - their payments and documentations;
--Processing and filing of CIS returns;
--Advising clients of amounts to pay as PAYE & NI, either weekly, monthly or quarterly;
--administering the Pension Auto Enrolment;
--dealing with end of year returns and filings;
--giving any relevant advice relating to employee payrolls.
Self assessment returns for the self-employed and high net worth individuals
We produce self assessment returns for the self employed in the most tax efficient way:
--carpenters, delivery drivers, taxi drivers, electricians, landlords, etc.
--we also do self assessment returns where there are capital gains, remittances and foreign incomes, CIS, share disposals, crypto currencies etc.
General tax advice
We provide tax advice on all of the services mentioned above.
