Had a really bad problem with my boiler as I had recently found out my boiler hadn't been fitted properly. Patrick came out and gave me a quote and arranged to vote out and getting it all sorted and correct on my day off so I didn't have to lise time from work. Patrick from Ultimate Gas called me just after my request posted in Bark. He explained me what I need and what not. After a very reasonable quoutation he and his team has applied combi boiler conversion for my home. Checked everything properly and supplied a certification.

Patrick and his team moved a boiler and installed new radiators in existing and a new location. He did a thorough job ensuring the boiler move was complaint with gas safety standards and not void any pre-existing warranties. I’d recommend.

Hi. You have called us at 3.00pm on a friday with an issue with your boiler. We have contacted Baxi as your boiler is under warranty and im currently on holiday. I ve called Baxi immediately and arranged for an engineer to attent the next day. Call attended very quick. Never did we say its no big deal. We value all of our customers and we have made every effort to get this resolved for you asap. How you can call this terrible customer services is baffeling. We are gas engineers not miracle workers.

Our boiler had stopped working 1 week ago and we have been with out hot water and heating since then, A family friend recommended us to bark where we put our ad out, within an hour of doing this Patrick had phoned us and gave a quote over the phone which we agreed to, can’t recommend ultimate gas enough reasonable price, reliable, and polite. 5 stars
