Asha was fantastic, honestly made the whole process so much less stressful. The ability to have some explain it to you clearly, check your documentation and offer advice was well worth it. This review has come embarrassingly late, but thank you again Asha for your help! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Immigration lawyers have the opportunity to change people's lives. I love that my intervention can help partners to stay together, children to join their parents, people to be able to pursue their dream of living or working in the UK, or of just visiting the UK.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Though UK Visas Online is relatively new, I myself have been an immigration lawyer since October 2000, and between 2006 and 2018 ran another immigration company with a business partner. I felt at that point of time that I needed a break, and also that I would like to do things differently, and so in 2020 I set up on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
As well as my many years' experience of dealing with all sorts of immigration applications, I'm OCD! I am not careless with my clients' lives, so I check, double check and check again - so when your application is submitted you can be absolutely sure that it reflects the current law, all the required documentation has been submitted, the form has been completed correctly and there are no careless mistakes that could cost you the visa.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We work entirely remotely, using Zoom for face-to-face meetings, and a secure portal for documents and messages. This means that you don't need to waste time travelling to our office, and it also means that you don't have to call our office for an update on your case - you can just log into your portal and see what has been done at any time that is convenient for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because we operate entirely online, we have continued to function as normal during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Partner visa
If your partner is British, settled in the UK or a European citizen who lives in the UK, you can live and work in the UK on the basis of your relationship.
We can represent you in your application to join your partner or to stay in the UK with them. We take responsibility for preparing and submitting the application, and this includes giving you:
- A complete list of all the documents needed, based on your circumstances
- A professionally prepared application, which sets out your circumstances and makes it clear for the Home Office to see how you meet all the requirements of the Immigration Rules
- Unlimited support through the application process
Document check
If you prefer to prepare your application yourself, but would like to be sure that it has been done correctly, we offer a document checking service, providing detailed feedback on your application form and your supporting documents.
Detailed guide for any visa
If you are preparing your application yourself you could benefit from our detailed guides. We ask you questions about your circumstances and then provide you with a personalised list of the documents you need for your visa, and advice on the application process.
Regularising your immigration status
If you are in the UK without a visa it is possible in some circumstances to regularise your position. If you have a child who is British, settled or has lived in the UK for at least seven years, or you are in a relationship with someone who is settled in the UK, and your relationship cannot continue overseas, or you have lived in the UK for 20 years or more, we can help you.
