Stephen and team were absolutely brilliant with our move. We had a fairly full 4 bedroom house with outbuildings, and whilst it was a larger move than anticipated, they just kept at it without complaint until every last item was moved, well after they expected to finish and handling our delicate items with care. 1st class service way above what was asked for despite our best intentions at the last minute to throw spanner’s in the works. There’s no need to go into why, but a phone call from Stephen reassuring us that there was nothing to worry about and to let them deal with the move. Seriously I cannot stress how grateful we were with the professionalism of the team that arrived. They took control of what had felt like a overwhelming situation. Packing was taken care of. No breakages or losses, our 4yo may wish to take me up on the latter point 😉. More importantly when we arrived at the new house, boxes and furniture were placed/assembled in the correct rooms.
