UK Property Stagers (was Domus Property Stagers)

In September 2021 I put my bungalow on the market with a local Independent Estate agent who showed me it would sell straight away for £270k (in hindsight, need this was purely to get us to go with them as we had no interest at all). Early in December 2021, we had hardly any interest and dual marketed it with a second agent who also said it would sell quick if we dropped price to £260k. We had 2 viewings and no offers. We were then talked into reducing to £250k for the Christmas sale which resulted in 1 viewing and an offer of £240k which was unacceptable.
In the New Year as a final shot thought we'd try Property Staging and took to the internet and came across Domus Property Stagers (now UK Property Stagers) and spoke to Liss who explained what she could do to help so thought I would give it a go. Liss came round and suggested we neutralize the feature walls, have us the names of the colours and type of paints to use, which we did and then she turned up with her van loaded and fittings which resulted in the bungalow looking fantastic more than we could imagine, every tiny detail was covered and she gave us lots of tips on how to show it at it's best for viewings. With a new agent we had more viewings and compliments than ever and after a month, we received a full asking price offer of £265k which was accepted - £25k more than what we were offered before it was staged. Without Liss using her magic I firmly believe this property would not have sold for the new asking price and would happily recommend her services to everyone and anyone who wants the best price for their property. Liss covers every angle even advising on colour schemes, lighting and presentation; we are more than pleased with the results of her expertise and hard work.
