I was already in business with my own swim school 'Swim Smart Berkshire.' Starting a tutoring business is something I wanted to do since I began training as a teacher. Working at a number of tuition centres and in schools, I absolutely loved teaching the children and helping them to develop as learners.

Becoming the Centre Director of a prestigious tuition centre in Maidenhead gave me the experience of running a tuition business. Starting to increase in my tuition customers by promoting to my own swim school, my customers began to increase up to the point where I could give work away, to some local tutors (which were hard to find!). I was so excited that my organisation was starting to become an agency and I could employ lots of tutors.

My business is all about helping people and making sure me and my secretary, Alina, can find the right tutor for your particular needs.
