About

Tynesight Media Services is a creative commercial photography and live event content capture agency, based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne but working nationally and internationally.

Founded by Thomas Jackson, TyneSight now draws on a hand-picked team of photographers and videographers to deliver “digital storytelling” for a range of industries. Current and past clients include Virgin Money, Nestle, the Department for International Trade, Wired Magazine, BBC Music, Thinking Digital Conference, Tech Nation, Tech City UK, NHS, SXSW, Beaconhouse Events and multiple TEDx conferences.

TyneSight offers a range of services for events clients including:

Polished event photography: From photographing First Lady Michelle Obama in Texas to capturing startup founders in Sheffield, TyneSight offers high-quality photography that captures the atmosphere of your event. Photographers work closely with your team to get an idea of your brief, and results are delivered quickly.

Drone and Aerial Photography and Filming: Fully qualified (A2 CofC) and licensed drone and aerial photography and filming is now available via TyneSight. Applying traditional photography techniques to this new frontier ensures we create striking, detailed and press-worthy images to the standard you have already come to expect from us.

“Live” social photography: Working with a social media manager or journalist, TyneSight is able to take and process excellent photographs almost in “real time”. This service is invaluable for clients which require a more dynamic and eye-catching social media feed that brings the event to life.

PR and promotional photography: TyneSight has provided distinctive headshots and press-quality images of entrepreneurs, artists and speakers. Whether the photo is intended to appear online or in print, photographers understand the requirements of a variety of media and are able to produce exceptional results.

Videography and interviews: As well as still images, TyneSight works with clients to produce short videos and interviews on a variety of subjects. The team works with subjects with varying levels of experience, guiding them through the process of explaining their concepts on camera.
