Really friendly guys , great job cutting down a large branch hanging over the boundary line, very reasonable price, great clean-up as well, great job all round.

Despite an earlier written quote to trim 3 climbers in garden, Henry tried to add another £100 to the quote when he came back to book the job (he said best time to trim was a couple of months after he quoted). He set a day and time to do job, but never showed up or bothered to call. He wouldn't take my calls, but eventually I got through on the office phone. Said he got "caught up in another job." Would call to reschedule after speaking to Gary. Never did, so I chased him up again. I wasted a lot of time with Twynam and Woods. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy (written quote meant nothing). Do NOT waste your time. More...

Really pleased - they turned up when they said they would for both the quote and work. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Worked efficiently as a team to get the job done and best of all cleared up so well you wouldn't know they had been. I'd call on them again.
