What’s your signature dish?
BBQ feasting platter. Slow cooked Brisket, Ribs, Chicken and Smoked Sausage with salads and slaw, served on an oak platter for 8 to share, with one person nominated to carve for added entertainment value.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We can arrange bespoke BBQ menus for any client. From meats and fish to Veggie and Vegan dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
I've been cooking for over 20 years and the smiles that are created form good food and fun times are always the best.
