My experience with Twilight Roofing has been absolutely negative. I have hired them to carry out a roof leak repair, and after their suggestions we agreed to replace all the felt and flashing of two velux windows. At the end of the works and after three different visits to our house, very disappointingly we found out that not only they didn't fix the leak, but they just overlapped multiple layers of felt on top of the old one, making the roof non breathable, they didn't install any window flashing and he left multiple broken tiles on. The works costed us almost £3000, and the result was having more issues than before! No explanation was given to us for the issues caused, and when we asked for the money back they just refused to refund us, saying that they could come and fix the problems, but at this point we feel like we have been cheated and we cannot trust them again. The works and their behaviour have been absolutely unprofessional, and we are forced now to pursue legal action against them to get our money back and hire someone else to do the job again and fix all the issues. We found our roof was leaking and of course causing issues in the house so we called them. They inspected it and repaired it in a matter of days because they knew we had a lot of rain on the forecast and what that meant to the damage on the inside. They made extra trips for supplies so the shingles matched perfectly and were so easy to work with and talk to. Their prices were definitely reasonable especially right now where everything costs an arm and a leg and this was not a situation insurance would cover unfortunately.Love there service! More...
