Found Sara after searching for a Pro dog trainer and although my dogs main sport if flyball (I do agility to build up the confidence and relationship with my nervous collie) I was welcomed into the agility training classes and I now attend 2 classes with my dogs who love it. Thank you for accommodating my dogs needs so well. More...

Sara has worked with my dogs for many years, she makes it fun for dogs and their handlers, always positive and patient.Agility is a great sport, whether you just want to have fun with your dog, or you want to try your hand at competing, it's a great atmosphere all round, even I, as an above knee amputee, attained grade 7 status, with my Miniature Schnauzer, Milo, it really is open to everyone, and if your thinking of trying agility, I can only highly recommend you give it a go, Sara will help you and your dog to achieve whatever you wish.

Sara has helped us so much with our rescue mini schnauzer Ada. We enrolled on the Feisty Fido course earlier this year and learnt lots of new skills to help her as she is very nervous and reactive when outside. We have also had further 1-2-1s with Sara and she has pet sat for us too. It's very reassuring to know Ada is left with someone who really understands her and being able to stay in her own home reduces the stress of us being away for her. We also love the positive reward based training methods that Sara uses. Ada still has a long way to go but having Sara guide us on our training journey has made it a lot easier! More...

Rufus' is a reactive dog, who is learning how to meet and greet other dogs in a calm manner. During the sessions excellent advice is given, and the opportunity to practice in a safe and friendly environment. Highly recommend the training sessions for dogs of all ages and ability. More...

Contacted Tailwaggers in the hope of begining agility and basic obedience training with my 2 year old sprollie. Focus and impulse control problems as he came from a background with no training at all and constant excited barking when out walking. Tailwaggers completely unfazed and not bothered about barking dogs! Unlike other dog trainers. My sprollie is still a work in progress but has improved massively since october! Would totally recommend to anyone! More...

I had 10 sessions with Sara with our year old reactive springador,Barney. Following each session & talking through experiences, I quickly began to feel more equipped & confident to deal with potential stressful situations. I began to enjoy my walks more with him instead of constantly feeling anxious. Sara is a really good listener and put me at ease straight away - understanding my issues. Barney loved all the positive attention he was getting and responded to Sara very quickly.
I will definitely be signing up for other sessions. Highly recommended

I got in touch with TW after becoming concerned about my 3 year old JRT's reactive behaviour. Sara was really understanding and listened to everything I was concerned about and made me feel instantly reassured that it the problems we had been having could be fixed. We started with a few 1-2-1 lessons as an assessment on how Parker behaves which we're really useful as I was worried initially how he would behave in a class environment around other dogs. We're now on Lifestyles 2 class which Parker loves and its helping him become much more obedient and generally happy! I couldn't recommend TW highly enough, I'm so glad I found them. More...

This lady is absolutely wonderful with our pooches, so trustworthy & experienced, I certainly wouldn't leave them with just anyone. Last time we went on holiday she moved in to our home with Little Chuck for 8 days & we had no problems with anxiety off him. He had daily walks, play times, training, watered, fed & lots of loves & cuddles, we got daily updates, plus we know our house is safe & looked after too. Next time it's both Little Chuck & Poppy, so we know we can enjoy our jollies & both my fur babies are well & truly looked after 5 STAR treatment More...

Had to contact Tailwaggers after buying a puppy for my disabled son. It was no fun to have my son in one room and the puppy in another as every time he moved the puppy was growling at him. She very nearly went to a new home until we came across Tailwaggers. decided to go for one2one training and we can honestly say it's the best thing we ever did. They decided to let my disabled son do the training with the puppy and straight away a tiny bond formed. By the second session the change was amazing, they sat in the same room together and both were responding to each other. They trained hard together during the second session and by the time the third session came around the difference was unbelievable. At 5 months old we now have a puppy that sits, lies down, stays and can walk without a lead and return to us she's even learning to take my sons shoes off and is fetching his toys for him. The puppy and my
son are now best friends and it's all thanks to the dedicated work that the ladies of Tailwaggers do. So Thank You Sarah and Wendy a big thumbs up from us.

My walks with our Miniature Schnauzer are much calmer and relaxed after 1 to 1 sessions with Sara, she worked on her reactive behaviour with other dogs when she is on the lead. It's so relaxing walking her now and not having to apologise to everyone we meet. I would definitely recommend Sara to train your dog for you, she does most of the ground work with your dog and gives you some management techniques to use which build up your confidence. More...

When we got Bertie it soon became apparent that he is a dog with serious issues, to the point that he can’t join in classes, even now, and has severe fear aggression with other dogs and people. We couldn’t have visitors, with or without dogs. With gentle 1-2-1 sessions with Sara, and her endless patience he is slowly getting better. This weekend we have had people round he’s never met before and we had limited barking, he allowed them to stroke him, even started coming up to them to be fussed. This is a massive breakthrough for our little man More...

My family and I attended the Puppy Headstart classes and hoping to book on to the Marvellous Manners course. Sara is a fabulous trainer, the sessions are fun, very informative and help socialise your puppies around other dogs whilst teaching them to stay focussed. I also found it very useful as a first time dog owner talking to other owners and actually realising everything we were experiencing was quiet the norm ! we now have a lovely pup who is very social and just loves to be around other dogs behaving himself whilst having fun ! Sara is a great trainer. All her classes are fun and engaging and adapted to suit the individual levels of you and your pup. My Grace is now 12 months old and is growing into a lovely well mannered dog who I could not imagine my life without thanks to everything I have learned at the classes.
I would highly recommend all of Sara’s classes for dogs and owners of all ages.
