Charlotte was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Ours is a tricky dog with bundles of energy, wilful and a very short attention span. Charlotte had it all in hand and not hearing screams from either of them, I knew things were going well 😁 The transformation was incredible and we are all really happy with the result. I would 100% recommend Turner and pooch. we took our dog to a groomer a few weeks ago and they refused to cut her because she was to grumpy. I was really worried we weren't going to find anyone but we were recommend Turner and pooch and I'm so pleased with the results. our little Bella smells and looks beautiful 🐶 she had no problems with her and all she was very friendly which settled Bella straight away.
