Tubs Direct Ltd

Avoid!! booked a tub in May asked to wait 6wks said not a problem. 8wks passed and no contact from company we phoned on a Monday to be told tub due in following day and we would get a call in a few days, Friday came and no call phoned them ourselves to be told on its way, told them not possible as we were at work and need to dismantle neighbours gate/fence for access. rearranged for the following Friday took the day off work dismantled gate/fence late afternoon comes and no tub, contact them to be told they have lost our tub! they would have re order and we would have to wait 20 wks, unless we want a white tub said no to the white tub because thats not what we ordered. said want refund. They phone back after 10 mins and say after swopping orders around we can have ours in 6 wks, agreed ( not sure why). So wait 6wks and phone up now 4th Sept (bear in mind it started 14th May) told our tub is still in production, husband went mad gets a phone call next day and surprise surprise our tub can be delivered the following week. Was happy as daughters birthday weekend and with COVID at least it gave us some fun, decided not to tell kids, thankfully because guess what we phone again few days before delivery date to be told who's give you that date we don't have you down for delivery!!! Went into shop to demand refund and Vinnie can't authorise that it has to be Ron who is conveniently on holiday. Why leave someone in charge who can't authorise things is beyond me. Husband phones next day and speaks to Ron and we eventually get a refund. This company talk out of their backside all lies and false promise. Rons words to my husband 'Don't worry Mr Bowe we will look after you" . Well guess what you didn't. There are so many companies out there that are so much more customer focused. We are now the proud owners of a fantastic tub and better than the original one this company had fantastic communication never once did we chase then constant updates and delivered and installed in 11 days from ordering. Bought a tub 3 years ago which is great.Had a problem with it last week asked Ron for help customer service was fantastic,even in these difficult times,the pare arrived in two days I fitted it and am back up and running.Thanks again Ron

Quality customer service! My wife and I experienced from start to finish has been second to none. We had very experienced advice on which hot tub to buy. We then arranged a simple pay monthly option and in no time, our beautiful new hot tub was delivered, installed and good to go. We knew we would enjoy it, but we didn't quite realise how much! We have just received our Kenya Hot Tub and have to say we were very please with the service from this company, from the start when we first decided on getting a Hot Tub they helped us with all the information we needed and when you go to the showrooms, its great to see the Hot Tubs running,(take your Swimsuit). Ha Ha. The lads that delivered the Tub didn't have a easy job to get it in, but they did a brilliant job. We had a couple off problems with the setting up of the Tub, but Ron was great and came out to show us what we needed to do. Would definitely recommended this company. More...
