I had used my builder couple of times with success so thought be third time lucky. How wrong I was. Got quote for patio which was happy with so accepted. However I am not happy with finished job. Patio slopes from both sides front and back and collects water in middle. Have messaged and suggested grid in middle even though I got drain but patio layer sloping away from it. You always take a chance getting someone to come and do a job.
Tom did exactly what you want a workman to do, he contacted me both days to let me know what time he would be here, he arrived when he said he would, the job entailed my neighbours property as well and he was respectful of both, he did a great job, really pleased with it, charged a competitive price, cleaned up after himself and took away all the rubbish.
I've kept his number and would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to anyone
