I am a solo Practitioner with skills sets that can be adapted to support many situations, I have been a mobile therapist since starting my Practice which allows me the opportunity to travel to clients if necessary or required this can be discussed at appointments.

Like many I'm sure, I found the idea of going into therapy intensely uncomfortable because nobody in a vulnerable state really wants to lay themselves bare to a stranger and ask for guidance or help. Speaking with Jade for the first time, I found that I hadn't needed to worry - she is very understanding and approachable, in that you are free to take your own time, your own pace and only engage when you feel ready to do so. I'm only 8 sessions in, and already I feel that as much as it is a professional relationship I feel entirely comfortable in her presence and have developed a strong interpersonal bond. CBT counselling
this type of counselling as a goal based service where together we work out what you preferred achievement would be when you leave and set targets while working through sessions.
Humanistic therapy
this is my preferred method of therapy due to it being all about the client and sets no limitations on topics or problems that may arise.
Play therapy
I have a keen interest to learn and practice this form of therapy, it allows for the use of objects and interpretation to best support.
