I've been a qualified personal trainer
for the past 5 years but I have had a long standing interest in sports and fitness. I developed a health condition which impacted on my fitness and mobility causing me to readjust my physical and mental lifestyle. I taught myself coping techniques and strategies which in turn made me realise i had skills to offer others who want to maximise their health and fitness potential. This may include people who have health conditions or disabilities.

I have a deep passion on increasing productivity within the gym for my clients so they make the most out of their training sessions where they are challenged to a significant degree to achieve their health and fitness goals

As a form specialist I take deep pride in ensuring my clients are performing any exercise in the safest way possible with the correct form to limit any possibility of injury or aggravating previous injuries.

My specialist area's are; Nutrition/Fat Burning/Weight loss management/ Hypertrophy Training/Body Sculpture/Body Toning/Core Strength,Stability and Conditioning/
