Craig, Andy, and Junior were brilliant. They were earlier than expected but were happy to wait for us to finish having breakfast. When we were ready they started loading the van. They were really quick, efficient, while not sacrificing care and attentiveness for our stuff. Meanwhile, they were really polite and in a good mood, helping keep us calm in a rather stressful day. Upon arrival to the new place, they were careful with our stuff and followed our instructions closely so everything went to the right place. Unfortunately, they scratched the wall in a couple places, which is understandable given everything they were moving. We took care to register it in the completion form and we were hoping the head office would reach out to offer help in repairing it, but nothing. Very easy to do a video survey, great follow up calls leading up to the move and genuinely the cheapest quote I got, this did make me a little apprehensive but I’m so glad I used Trunk. Dan, Dyl and Simon were absolutely outstanding. Not only were they polite, hard working and professional, no job was too much for them, they even managed to get our bed on to the top floor without damage. We had a good experience with trunk logistics, even before we had our move date set they regularly contacted us making sure we knew what was expected and helping us to get all packed up ready. On the day the two vans turned up a bit earlier than expected, so final preparations were a bit rushed but the 3 guys Simon, Andy and Junior were very efficient and packed everything up well, they worked very hard. They got underway to our new house in a very quick time. They had to wait quite a while the other end until we had the call that we could pick up the keys. As time was going on it did get quite a bit stressful as we were reminded by the guys that company policy is that if they were not unpacked by 5pm they would have to take our possessions back to their depot and arrange at another time to bring them to us, which would obviously incur more expense. But fortunately they did get it off the vans before 5pm but it was stressful leading up to that point, on top of already being stressed!! The guys that moved us were very hard working and Simon even went out of his way to help me which was much appreciated. So all in all a job well done. More...
