What’s your signature dish?
I do not really have a signature dish but one thing I love to make and get great feedbacks all the time is my quiches. Made with a light homemade shortcrust pastry and being creative with the garnishes, they always make a hit.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I will take time to consider the need and request of a client and I will then craft a menu to meet their expectation.
What do you love most about your job?
My favourite part of the job is the cooking part and seeing the face of my client enjoying what I have just concocted for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked a few years for a caterer and I loved every bit of it. Coupled with my love for good food and cooking, I thought why not make people try something different.

We provide private catering such as wedding, birthday, funerals, etc and corporate events.

We also can provide you with a sweet table arrangement with cupcakes, cakepops, jars of sweet, etc.
