I love this gym. The atmosphere is perfect and the staff are amazing. The facilities are always nice a clean, as is the equipment. It's also in a really good location, with a shopping centre, cinema and restaurants nearby. The membership is really good value for what you get out of it.The other cool thing they do is actually interact with their members on social media, and share our achievements. 10/10 for this gym. I was a bit nervous on my first day 8 weeks ago. Would people laugh at me at my fat gut? Laugh about how much weight I could lift. I didn’t have to worry. Everyone is friendly. Ask anyone for advice. Loads of room if you want to find a corner to work out in. The staff are brilliant. They also work out so it gives you inspiration enthusiasm to do the same. I get there 5/6 times a week and leave feeling 20 foot tall every time. So glad I joined tru gym. Only thing that would improve it is a dad and teen package . I’m so glad I joined the Trugym Chatham. I was able to use this gym for free as I was staying in the hotel next door. It has a good range of equipment and was quiet when I went there early on a Monday morning. The changing area is a little small and the showers seemed a little tired but these are minor quibbles - I looked up the price online and seems amazing value for money. A very affordable membership with all the machines and space you need. Also extremely quiet which is a bonus! Only downside is its a little messy in the changing rooms and not the cleanest in general.

Great gym! The machines and equipment are exactly what you need in the gym. Good opening hours and the staff are friendly. I would recommend everyone who want to get into shape or get trained, do so by the team there.But for the love of god I wish they would change their music. Perfect for a night club but not in the gym. May I suggest 70's & 80's rock music but not the remix rubbish. Or at least turn it down so we can hear our own music through our head phones instead. Fantastic gym. Anybody is made to feel welcome, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Attended this gym for almost two years but have moved now for one with more group exercise classes & swimming pool though of course that comes with a price, and for the excellent price of TruGym memberships still got to give it top marks! !! If a gym is all you need then look no further, a great range of equipment and never been overcrowded there.
