I discuss the clients goals with them and find out why they would like to achieve those particular goals. I plan and deliver the personal training sessions making sure the sessions contain the correct type of exercises, movements, and intensity level according to the clients goals.

Yes I provide online personal training. Alongside the clients fitness goals I gather information about the type of area/space they would be using for the session and what equipment they have the use of. I then plan the session accordingly taking all of the above into consideration.

I advise people to do the as much as they can to build and maintain a strong healthy immune system through the use of a combination of exercise, diet, and positive lifestyle choices.

I place a healthy emphasis on functionality, overall well being, and quality of life.

Alongside the the physical benefits of exercise, I integrate exercises that work on the mental aspects of exercise by encouraging the use of exercises and movements that help with reinforcing good posture, improving coordination, enhancing balance, strengthening the core muscles, and encourage mindful breathing. 

Personal training sessions with me are challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable. 

I offer bespoke nutrition guidance that focuses on the individuals dietary needs and preferences. I look at what you're eating, why you eat what you eat, and the type of type of strategies that are appropriate for you to begin working towards making the changes needed to balance your food habits.

My approach places a strong emphasis on nutrient dense foods.

A healthy lifestyle combined with a diet containing plenty of nutrient dense foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, and fibre, alongside a balanced intake of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats will allow you to receive the full physical, mental, and spiritual benefits from your diet, physical performance and overall lifestyle.

I teach Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I have a vast amount of experience ranging from working with complete novices all the way through to competitive fighters. If you've never hit the pads before, I will work with you on building your skills and technique, if you have plenty of experience, I will sharpen and refine your abilities.

Hitting the pads is, if not the best, certainly one the very best ways of improving your all round fitness.

You will feel the benefits in numerous ways by improving your power, speed, endurance, balance and coordination, whilst also toning the whole body and enhancing your cognitive function.

Lastly, it is a fantastic way of relieving stress!
