Don't go to anyone else!
Rob is amazing. He knows what he is talking about. He is down to Earth, supportive and really good at motivating you. In just under 4 weeks, I've lost 4kg. Anything other than a 5 star review would be a lie. Training through the Modern day warrior programme has been the complete package, it incorporates motivation, positivity, personal reflection, recognition and responsibility all reinforced by a coach (Rob) who has this vast knowledge and understanding of the body and mind, and how the two work together.

If you need more convincing to use the MDW programme then check out some of the transformations and other client reviews, the results speak for themselves.

I could not recommend this programme and trainer more!

Before starting any program with me, there is a consultation process that goes in detail and allows me to find out exactly what you will need to become healthy for life. I will completely customise a plan for you based on this initial process.

It’s not always a gym program or diet plan. It is exactly what you need and that changes as you do.

I love finding out new things and working with clients who are open to new ideas and concepts.

I was inspired to start my own business as I was working in body transformation gyms (Ultimate Performance) but I realised that the typical health journey is really missing the deeper knowledge of how to stay healthy for the long term.

I believe I have cracked the code and understood why 80% of health attempts fail. This is why True Health exists

If we work together, it will be a joint effort. We choose to work together because you can see the value to long term health and sustainability over wasting time, effort and money on other solutions.
It will be a journey together to find out what works best for you.

True Health is mainly an online program that will serve you wherever you are.

You don’t have to go to the gym or do anything you don’t want. This is a health program covering many aspects of your life.

All of my work is online as it allows me to dedicate more time to support you and help you get long term results so there are no problems with COVID
