Mobile Personal Training
1-2-1 Personal Training tailored to meet your needs. I will come to your home and work with you to reach the goals you’ve set yourself with my guidance and advice in our initial consultation. I will bring any equipment required, we only need a bit of space. I will also provide a exercise programme for you to follow outside of our sessions.
Online Personal Training
Initial telephone consultation where we discuss your requirements and set your goals.
I will prepare and send you a 4 week exercise programme with instructions for you to follow.
We will have a weekly call to discuss progress and answer any questions you may have.
