All childcarers are fully vetted, interviewed face to face and safe.
Families can request their preferred carer for each booking.
We can accommodate last minute or unusual requests.
We provide families with devoted out of hours support.
Some childcarers are SEN experienced and trained with First Aid and Ofsted certification.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We are able to match clients with tutors, who are able to provide online tutoring services. This service us NOT similar to nannying or babysitting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our Babysitters provide evidence of negative covid 19 test and are also vaccinated. Added to this though, Tru-Sitter and Care Agency still enforces that all carers will continue to follow to follow Covid 19 guidelines such as
Washing hands regularly
Use of hand sanitizers and wearing gloves where necessary. Our childcarers will always have a face covering (masks) when attending any bookings.
