He listens to your needs and what you hope to get out of his sessions. He makes sure you're pushing yourself to the maximum every single time. He definitely puts in the work away from the gym aswell, things like planning your sessions and other things such as meal plans. His sessions are fun and positive, no two sessions are ever the same! Each detail specific in helping you achieve your goal! If you are serious about getting fit and want results, he's your man! He offers a first class service and is the ultimate professional. I did my first shred 7 this morning and I won’t lie I was dreading it. ! I thought everyone would be fitter /slimmer than me and I wouldn’t manage it being an unfit middle aged Mum . It was hard but ‘do able ‘ Troy and the group were all friendly and helpful.Being a bit of a sloth on a morning I can honestly say I felt energised ! Before training with Troy I honestly thought exercise was just hours slogging away in the gym on a treadmill or crosstrainer Thanks to him I now have a much better understanding of what works and what doesn’t to achieve the body I want. Training with Troy showed me that working out can be lots of fun (if also brutal at times!) Troy is a fantastic PT who always makes you feel at ease even when he’s making you do things that seem very strange but if you listen to his advice you will get results. I % would not have found the motivation and enjoyment I have towards exercising without training with Troy and I recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit and feel better about themselves More...

I have been training with Troy for almost a year , which is some achievement considering. I didn’t think I would get past one session as I hadn’t done any exercise for forever . I was made to feel so welcome and at ease . The PT sessions are varied , tailored to my ability and fun . Who new you could play Bingo whilst training . Loved the sessions with Troy and my Shred 7 Family Didn't think it was possible to laugh when exhausted, but apparently it is! Troy is a really friendly and helpful PT - there are no assumptions, no being made to feel out of place and no promises of a quick fix! I started training with Troy three years ago and its not an understatement to say he’s changed my life. Before I started training with him I hated the thought of exercise, I just didn’t enjoy it. However, in the last three years I’ve competed in the Great North Run, completed three 5K ’Tough Mudder’ stye obstacle courses, participated in a 13 mile cross country trek and only last night achieved a score of 100 in the ‘Burpee Bleep Test’. I have been training with Troy for 2 years. I started off having one-ones & now I go to a Shred 7 Group. On my first day I was very nervous not sure what to expect, the thoughts I had could I do this but as soon as I met Troy he put me at ease. Troy is so understanding & patient. If there is something you find difficult Troy will give you an alternative exercise to do. As well as training hard we have a few laughs & with it being a small group everyone gets to know one another & it is always friendly. If you have any questions you want to ask Troy will help you with anything. It took me a long time to pluck up the courage to get in touch with Troy as I have nerve damage in my legs due to chemo & have some difficulty with some of the exercises but as I said earlier Troy is understanding of every ones needs & that is why I train with him & would recommend Troy 100%. I really wouldn't train with anyone else as I feel comfortable & look forward to every session. Every week we do something different so you never get bored. I would urge anyone thinking of getting a personal trainer to get in touch with Troy. I have had great results & couldn't recommend a better personal trainer. More...

I've been training with Troy for several years now, and I can honestly say he's the best PT around. Each session is completely different, he keeps the workout enjoyable while helping you achieve your goals. After a 5year break from training with troy due to having 3 children. I was quite anxious at the thought of returning. I joined shred 7 and I have to say as soon as i arrived the group made me feel so welcome as did troy. I cannot recommend troy enough! Every workout is different and has kept me motivated to continue working out at home. I have gotten new ideas for exercise every week and I already feel so much better about myself! I’ve been training with Troy for quite a while now. He gives a good variation of exercises to keep you motivated and interested in training. In 2016 I started training with Troy . I didn't know what to expect as I hadn't done any exercise on a one to one basis before . I needn't have worried because from the moment I met Troy I was put and ease and Troy gradually each lesson put me through my paces and I enjoyed every class . Do not hesitate if you are thinking of starting exercise . Unfortunately I had to stop training because of a health issue but I wish that I could start again I enjoyed every minute of it . These days I mostly swim and do aquafit and go to the gym to do easy weights etc Troy gave me the confidence to be able to move on to something else . If I hadn't of attended Troy's classes I wouldn't have been able to have confidence in myself to go swimming now etc Troy is a professional and amazing trainer and he makes every session fun So give it a go . After recent surgery, I was unsure about how to get back into fitness. Troy tailored his PT sessions around what I could do physically and this gave me the confidence boost that I needed to trust in myself again and my capabilities. My sessions weren't about losing weight or pushing myself to the max, I just wanted to feel like me again. I now feel like I can do all the things I could do before and much more! I would highly recommend Troy if you are serious about getting fit and want results. He offers a first class service and is extremely professional and welcoming. I was apprehensive about having a personal trainer incase i was judged or looked silly, Troy completely put me at ease during the first session! He's kind, considerate and very motivating. I started attending troy's shred 7 classes at the beginning of the year feeling very apprehensive as I walked in. Soon as I met Troy this completely changed and he made me feel comfortable whilst pushing me to keep going and do my best always. I now attend shred 7 and ABS class and each week I see my fitness improving and I think that's down to the fact I look forward to classes each week as they are filled with variety and never the same. I have done lots of PT in the past and really enjoy training with Troy, he has a super chilled personality and is a first class PT with good knowledge that creates a great training environment. Every PT session is different to keep you motivated and ensuring you learn something new every week. He adapts sessions to suit your fitness levels and pushes you to improve. Was more than a little nervous when starting my very first training session, thoughts like will he think I'm fat & lazy, will I be judged as I didn't exercise all running round my head. Shouldn't have bothered. Troy immediately puts you at ease, makes you feel comfortable, not judged and most of all confident in your abilities as you progress. altho apprehensive just before my first session i actually enjoyed it. ok my legs are like jelly and can barely move but ya gotta work through the pain. � 4 months on and I've got confidence to join group sessions and I am about to start my 3rd round of shred 7 doing 2 a week as Well as abs on a Monday and my own PT session. Troy has helped me lose some weight already aswell as improving my strength and building confidence and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to improve themselves in any aspect. So the story continues; updated 5 months on. (18/08/17)....80kg deadlift - who would have thought that I would be able to do this, ok it may not be perfect but Troy always gives advice and I'm more conscious about my posture and how to keep my back straight etc. I'm currently doing 5 sessions a week sometimes doubling up and that's because I enjoy what I'm doing and it's all down to troy. Whether your shy and nervous like I was he always has time for you. My only regret is not doing it sooner but now I am there's no looking back. Feel stronger, and more energy. Loving it, worth every penny. He genuinely takes interest in people and isn't all about just taking money. Tailors to suit your needs. Updated (24/05/18)... Over a year later, I'm still thoroughly enjoying training with troy and will continue to do so purely because we both have noticed how far I've come since starting. Today I managed to lift 80kg deadlift, which I did some time ago but can only do 1 rep before where now I can do more with proper form. Some may say that's not a lot but for those who support me and genuinely know me it's more than you think. I was very self conscious and still am but I'm gradually building my confidence all because I'm troy. I use my PT time to talk to troy not only to learn form and what areas are being worked but as a kind of counsellor for myself as well as getting to know a great mate too. Absolutely love Troy's sessions both Shred 7 and Personal Training. Every session is imaginative, fun and hard work. I can't praise him enough for his encouragement and making allowances for my dodgy knees. I have trained with Troy for just over a year now and I’ve never looked back. I look forward to every session as they are varied, fun and tailored to my personal goals. Troy is incredibly creative in the way he injects fun into every workout. As well as fitness, Troy has educated me in overall health and wellbeing: I no longer fear carbs; enjoy weight training without the fear of looking like a bloke; I've discovered the power of sleep and most importantly he’s realistic in understanding that we all deserve a treat. I began training with Troy in December 2015 and have felt motivated 100% at every session. I have gained confidence, eating healthier and feel stronger. I love training with Troy! I have done Fit Farm, Shred 7 and paired PT and all sessions are fab! You never do the same thing twice and every session is enjoyable. I would never have said that about exercise before! Troy is very patient and approachable. I have learned a lot about diet as well and this has helped me change my lifestyle.
