What do you love most about your job?
We love to produce high level solutions for all of our clients. Hearing all of our positive feedback after a busy schedule is definitely one of the most rewarding aspects of our job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having enough experience and field knowledge to deliver results gave us the confidence to use our vast network in order build our own agency from the ground up. Albeit sometimes challenging, running the firm with our own personalised service is undoubtedly rewarding and we love the feeling of being free innovate and be proactive in our approach. Our biggest insprations are our fellow team members as we all learn from each other and bring the best out of our specific skillsets. As a result we have combined our talents and benefitted many individuals and businesses.

We can provide remote consultations over the phone or on Zoom if this is of benefit to the client. Alternatively, we are always available to discuss enquiries over a coffee too!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We now offer remote consultations via phone/zoom if preferred over a face to face meet, and are happy to accomdate any client requests which will make them more comfortable and safe eg social distancing, wearing protective equipment etc.
Event Security
We provide banqueting and events security services to all our clients in London. We can assist clients from planning stages through to breakdown and debrief. Our officers work seamlessly and add value to all our events, where we look after as many as 1,000 people in a single event.
We provide, event security managers, supervisors and staff to ensure al I aspects are covered as required by our clients. Due to our exposure in the industry, we can work effortlessly covering multiple eventsdaily throughout London; maintain the same high standards throughout.
Hospitality
Supplying front of house officers covering hotel entrance, lobby, patrols and control rooms across London hotels. We understand the unique requirements of ensuring our officers conduct themselves to our client standards; incorporating high levels of customer service to their patrons while seamlessly integrating their security procedures.
Due to our high levels of training, many clients also utilize our service to cover their in-house security positions. Also, our clients have been impressed with our staff, and it is common to find our team receiving promotions into supervisory positions employed directly by our clients.
It is now common place to find in all hotels an extensive range of outlets, restaurants bar and clubs with their premises. Being licensed premises, the importance of upholding the license conditions while continuing to maintain the very high customer services levels required in hotels is paramount. We ensure th rough extensive recruitment selection and training that officers with the correct presence, discretion and competency are only selected to service our clients.
