A hidden gem in Olney! This place is truly fabulous if you are looking to get fit at your own pace but with the encouragement of Marc, his team and your fellow members. The equipment is so simple to use just simply tap in with your wristband and the tech does the rest setting weight, height etc. The clever almost “gamification” aspect of this kit ensures a great workout with no chance of overdoing it and it constantly monitors your progress and adjusts to the next level when you’re ready. The CAROL bio-hack exercise bike is unbelievably effective. Get a 45 equivalent HIT exercise in just 8 minutes. I’m now on the 30 and 60 HIT sessions and loving it. That’s like a 2 hour run!!
