He said he could lay a patio for me but hadn't got a clue turned up with no sand no aggregate no cement not enough slabs took £1500 off me after clearing the area, once I realised he wanted to lay the slabs directly on the top soil without preparing the ground I cancelled the job, I have now found a professional who wants me to report him.
